This variation is made in silver & features Swarovski crystals in aurora borealis. The piece differs from the standard design in that it is slightly taller in the centre & features crystal tear drops at the tips of the prongs.

This crown was made for Viv (see Real Brides Portfolio) to go with a blackcurrent colour gown.
The crown was coloured black & black, amethyst ab & fire opal ab (vibrant orange) crystals worked on to the piece - photographs do not do it justice.

This piece was a challenge, there were so many colours & themes my client gave me to work with that it took a while to work out how best to use them & all the design consultations were done via email.
The colours / themes were: gold, red, purple, emerald green & ivory pearls. I felt it was important not to play too much on the red & green combination & to separate these two colours as much as possible to avoid a Christmas colour theme emerging.
The finished piece looked fantastic. Made in gold, I worked pearls over the main body & used the crystals as detailing between each of the five prongs. The piece was finished with a strong purple & green Tiffany Glass Effect.
This piece looked so good during make up that I photographed it after I had worked the pearls over the main body of the piece to show what this variation would look like (see below).
